Outcomes and Accountability Committee
The Outcomes and Accountability Committee of the Trust Board meet four times a year, once each academic term, and additionally at the end of the academic year in July. The Committee’s remit is to monitor and evaluate performance across the Trust and its schools. It provides challenge to ensure that schools are focused on continuing to improve outcomes for pupils.

Finance, Audit and Risk Committee
The Finance, Audit and Risk Committee of the Trust Board meet four times a year, once after the end of financial quarters 1, 2 and 3, and once in July to approve the following year’s budget. The Committee’s remit is to provide advice and assurance to the Board in relation to the financial operation, governance, and risk management of the Trust, and the suitability of and compliance with the Academy Trust’s financial systems and operational controls.
